About Us

Ninja Box service is inspired by the traditional Japanese culture – “Fukubukuro” (Lucky Bag).


“Fukubukuro” is a Japanese custom, in which merchants make grab bags filled with random secret contents and sell them at the beginning of the year.

At the beginning of every year in Japan, everyone goes to buy “Fukubukuro” at shops even though they have to line up for a few hours. We can see people who get excited before opening the bags, and people who get touched after opening the bags.

As an ex-international student in Japan, I see this culture as an action of buying hopes. Moreover, I felt the spiritual happiness from the people who bought the “Fukubukuro”, which is already more than just a business activity.

I was impressed by this culture and started Ninja Box so that the world can also feel the magic of this culture.
